I. FINALLY. FINISHED. THIS. THING.This is the basic idea for my Oc, Syrisa's village. The entire village is built in a bunch of Silvaca Trees. These are very frustrating trees because they only produce a few seeds each year, and generally the seeds will grow to be about the size of a bonzai tree. So, of course they are then useless aside from decoration. But every once in a while, there will be a seed that will grow into a HUGE tree, one that houses can be built in. Note, they are on floating islands of rock.

I used color pencils, a regular pencil, and a lot of eraser.

I'll try to summarize it.... so the main characters are twins Emma and Laura whose parents leave them at a boarding school while they take a business trip and the headmistress Miss Cornwall is evil. They discover a doorway to anoher world there (loooooooong story) and get dropped into a world called Riquela.
In Riquela all the earth floats in huge chunks in the 'sky' because of a disaster that occurred there millions of years before. The natives, the rama'sharn, live in giant, tall trees.
And basically Miss Cornwall has Riquela in her fist, and they have to travel to the Core on an airboat (Caolisauit) and defeat (i.e. kill) her, and there are monsters and ceremonies and tons of other cool stuff. And well... it's still unfinished, but that's the basic synopsis!
