Here's how do them (don't worry, everybody has trouble with these at first)- type :icon plz: (no space, duh) and just put whatever between icon and plz. They rely on the community creating them, because they are all DA accounts (so you might not find what you're looking every time). Here are a few examples: !!

(Oh, and if you're not sure if it's an existing account, try pressing the "preview" button under the message box!)
