Yeah, Isaac's still a Riolu. Originally in the story, Isaac was going to be a Lucario up to this point, and was introduced earlier was well. Well yeah, story changed over the years and I found out, like the old Ch 6, that Isaac was still going to be a Riolu at that point which was like 2010-2012 which I wish I was told earlier. All well, had to redo everything again, thanks to that. So who knows if he'll evolve. I personally like him as a Riolu anyway caz of the Aura Sphere thing
But yeah, I dont get y Isaac's upset over an accident. However, get ready for some um, déjà vu moments later on. Even good old irony.
Looks like he's realizing that this certain Pikachu is very familiar X3
