dun..dun..dun Iron!Surprised he aint dead?! I'm not. He's eternal.....Β
Not really sure if that's true or not,
but been working with him about his age and how he's still alive. I mean, really. He had Shine in his elder years. So in human years he was like his late 80s, early 90s really when Shine was even born.
So yeah, he's pretty old. Originally he was going to die off of age later on, but decided to keep him longer.
We need him for now X3
Besides, Iron's been my favorite for years, and I dont really want him to go just yet
Yeah, the new characters will appear a bit later, right now. Let's just figure out wat happened, before we move along.

yes, he is old And I'm not really sure myself of the Pokemon life span. I believe they can live longer than humans and they age faster though, but only just a little faster than a humans. I mean, they mature faster, really. But still there hasnt really been like a certain time period when a Pokemon dies of an age. Mainly because it's kids and you dont really see Pokemon die in movies, only a few has died (I think a few) but they were like sacrifices (like Latios) way. But then again, I think Latios is the only Pokemon that has died in anime. Not sure though

that makes sense, we havent really seen much death in Pokemon but its always been there. i would think different Pokemon would have different lifespans, just like animals in real life. so for example, a Ratatta wouldnt live as long as say, a Snorlax

um...no, dude he's an elder, even in the Chapter 1 bio and it even states at a point that he's the father of Shine, and obviously Shine is the mother of Sparkle. So that makes him her grandfather
