Download and unzip the EDAT file.
Copy the EDAT file to "PSP / GAME / ULJM05681 / C" on your Memory Stick.
If playing Extend, go to Options -> Import DLC -> Modules to import it.
Once imported (or if playing 2nd), you'll find the custom module under the Extras category for modules.

As usual, CFW required to use it, and so on...

The Project Diva games, as well as all the original modules in them, are (C) Sega and Crypton Future Media, Inc.
All I have done is taken parts of two different modules, combined them, and altered the textures to create a new module.
