okay so for raynauds it's where my blood vessels spasm via a trigger (for me it;'s the absence of heat)
this spasm causes me to loose circulation in my fingers and toes.Β

And I can probably wear my thermal socks at school too. The thermal socks keep the heat in so when winter strikes I can ask the school if I can wear them and if they say now and I get an attack I can go "and what did we learn?!" Because school uniform is like ugh.Β

I like wore them everyday at home during winter before we discovered what was actually going on. Bet my school is like "maybe this is an exception to the no socks under stockings rule" now. But since it's summer, attacks are very unlikely. Unless the room is really cold and I have to stay in that room for a bit. That why I can never visit places in the winter.
