Here's my attempt at making a rock pikmin sprite. The pic on the right was just for reference. Feedback in comments?EDIT: Added minor shading for each face of the rock pikmin, as suggested by in the comments.
EDIT 8/9/17: Changed the background to transparent. Also, ehhhhhh, I'm gonna redo this one day.

Thanks, I haven't decided whether to try making a sheet out of this design or to make a new one yet. Probably a new one, whenever I really get passionate about spriting again.

Best things come up when the passion hits you. But sometimes you have to force before the passion flows back into it.
So either you wait till it comes back or you work on it till it's fun again!

Well I was on to see who would be starting Pikmin 3 sprites, should've known you would have

Yeah once Pikmin 3 comes out I'm gonna record a blind run of it and work on new sprites as I go ^.^

As a followup, I definitely did NOT record a blind run of Pikmin 3. Might do normal run on my YouTube channel after I play the first two games on there, though.

Well I shrunk the original pic of the rock pikmin, outlined it, and took colors accordingly. I tried making the pupils on the eyes bigger, but the eyes just aren't big enough to make bigger pupils.
