Description
The sauvastika was a simple of good forture during the early times in Japan. Mr. Samura had requested Dark Horse not to do the usual reverse-thingy done in most translations because doing so would make the sauvastika a swastika. Done in 37 minutes with Shii Oekaki. it really doesn't matter which way the swastika is facing, or how it's tilted. it still means the same thing. good fortune, strength, luck, and the sun (dependingt where, it means different things in different places, but they are ALL good things)

As for what I know. The swastica was a symbol for the sun. It only had a good meaning of fortune and well... But then the nazi's came and made something bad out of it.
I like Blade, it's a very good manga. And the art style is beautiful. Also you've done a very good job on using only three colours.

Or four mountains, depending on which cultural perspective you look from. It has been prevalent in Gaelic culture as well.

I've heard it just like that before, too, hehe. Y'know there was a Pokemon card that had the same symbol on it, remember 'cuz there was a bit on it on the news a while back. Silly peoples. That is a very sweet arsenal, and every picture I see of this character makes me like 'im more, mwahaha. The simple color scheme is very fitting, I think. You made him look really cool here.

Manji's a bit of a jerk and a pervert, but I love him anyway.

Nice! That's an interesting piece of info.. Reversing it? You mean if it's done the exact opposite way, it's the Nazi version? o.O I didn't know that it mattered. o.O

Apparently, Hiroaki Samura thinks it does.
