Description "Listen to this, if you can:

(embarrassing sound)

How do you rate your embarrassment response?

A) High.
B) Hello!
C) Good evening!"

Based on another classic Monty Python Sketch.

Sculpted the head in ZBrush from 1 photo reference (I thought it looked right) but I'm still not too happy with the likeness.

3dsmax + Vray / Photoshop / Zbrush

Wow this looks fantastic; I like that kind of blurred television effect around the edges.

Photoshop filtering can be done with filter>distort>lens correction.

The hair is 3dsmax's Hair & Fur.
I tried to sculpt the hair in zbrush, but I'm still learning that part .
