Based on another classic Monty Python Sketch.
Sculpted the head in ZBrush from 1 photo reference (I thought it looked right) but I'm still not too happy with the likeness.
3dsmax + Vray / Photoshop / Zbrush

Oh and the hair was Max's Hair&Fur modifier... painfully combed

Photoshop filtering can be done with filter>distort>lens correction.

The hair is 3dsmax's Hair & Fur.
I tried to sculpt the hair in zbrush, but I'm still learning that part .
