I literally JUST finished this about five minutes ago.. so yeah. XD Been working on this on and off for a couple hours.. just toying around with my copics while chatting amongs people on the interwebs. Overall i'm pretty pleased with how it turned out, so yeah.
I absolutely love Rayquaza, and i hadn't drawn him in a while so earlier today while watching Disney's Fantasia I decided to start doodling, and he sorta just popped up. Yep.
But anyway, I hope you like it.
PS... Sorry for the black specs on it. those are from my scanner, there not on the actual drawing. I think it needs to be cleaned.
