Poor guy. Maybe he'll get some new legs in his next molt. Unless he's an adult missing wings too and not just a nymph

You are right, it doesn't have also wings. But maybe because it is she?

Both male and female grasshoppers/locusts have wings. Nymphs, which are the younger ones, don't have full-sized wings until they reach their adult phase, which is after several molts.

Ok, but why it doesn't have both wings and legs?

I'm assuming a bird got to it.

I would believe that a bird could bite the legs but I think if it also don't have the wings, it is strange. Legs can be yummy for birds, but the wings? Another strange thing is that this animal has too much long body. Much taller than a locust.

Maybe it is a mutation?

Wings are bigger, and if the bird catches only the edge of the wings while the insect is flying, the insect might get away, leaving the bird only with the wings and legs, which are longer and strung out behind, though less tasty. So this one might have gotten away, but without its legs and wings. Or it might be a nymph that lost its legs somehow and hasn't got wings yet. Those are my two theories. Normally the body is covered by the wings, so you don't notice it is so long.

Yeah it is but when I saw it I didn't know it is handcaped locst. I thought it is another kind of animal which has just very similar head.

Very interesting bug
you could always call it a grassper (without the hop)
Does it hop with those tiny legs??

I wouldn't want it crawling on my leg, but yes it looks very much like some kind of hopper
