Never mind what I just wrote, I actually found it, I previously looked in the episode "Somepony To Watch Over Me" but I was looking at the wrong timeline, it was where Applebloom was writing down on her check list, at one scene she checked a closet to see if it is fully stocked of hats, that is the scene shown where Applejack has more than one of her hats including applebloom's bow

It's just a hat. She had dozens of them in a closet at home in the episode that she was overprotective of Apple Bloom.
