Just finished with Punk Hazard and Started DressRosa.I can say, i didn't like Ceasar during all the Punk Hazard Arc (Way too annoying)... And admit him to be kinda cute and adorable as "Prisoner" during Dressrosa.
Also he has a big variety of expressions that i enjoy, though he is hard to draw.

Hahaha this is so cute. My favourite part with him was when they were praising him on making the SAD and he was all happy and blushing, then they realized vegapunk was the smart one and dismissed him haha.Β
