Description
Here is my interpretation of the species Poison Darter (from the HTTYD Books)Already prepared for the HTTYD roleplay group im building.
Mystery Class Dragon
-Colors: Browns, yellows and Greens, camuflage with the forest.
- Size: Like a Deadly Nadder...7
- Speed: very quick...8 Points
- Defense: 7 points
- Fear and Fight Factor: Quite scary, but can be trained... 6
- Hunting: Outstanding... 9
- Armed with: Poison darts that render their victim temporarily unconscious... 7
- Poison: Yes! ...6 Points
Information:
A Poison Darter is a Dragon that shoots little arrows out of its mouth which carry a venom that kills small animals and sends larger victims temporarily to sleep. Poison Darters live in hollow tree trunks in the wilder forests of the Archipelago. Poison darters will hunt by flying at a high speed and firing poison darts up to 80 miles per hour. Their Dark green colors camouflages with the forest.

I first made it on paper with a normal pencil. Then i scanned it and cleaned it up a bit. Then i added color digitaly with "Paintool SAI"

Like this style and the artwork. Is the style based off of the credits scenes of the first movie? Can't exactly remember where it's from

The style is based on the Concept Arts they made for the movies ^^ And yeah, they used part of them for the credits at the end

Yes! Books, the original ones before the movie...
And there is the TV show, 2 seasons... exactly before the story of second movie! The show will go on after the movie, its suposed to at least.

Books are made more for children, they are short stories... They are also interesting, but totally different from the movie.

xD OH well, i wasnt trying to convince ya. Just telling you the differences.
In the books, you dont even have toothless character, as we all know it. And astrid and the others dont exist. An hiccup is more of a hero xD
The TV show, the first 10 episodes... at least the first 5... are pretty lame!... But suddenly it all becomes interesting and funny, since the half of first season. (when new dragons start appearing, you get villains, and there is more adventure stuff.)
