I must say that last scene is one of my favorites! It was difficult to draw, but i enjoy the result.
Remember this version of the 11th Doctor is called CyberTurner. Based on the episode "Nightmare in Silver" (Season 7)

Well, he is exactly like the MasterMind/ CyberPlaner in doctor who. He is cyberman, but still has the doctors emotions/ reactions. What makes him really funny, though evil.
