According to one of EileMonty's audition videos, Flufflepuff's cutie mark is ham. Β However, that's most likely her own personal headcanon.

I asked the owner of fluffle personally, cause people told me about the ham ^^
He said that wasnt her cutie mark after all. So i decided to avoid drawing a cutie mark for now xD

Her fluff is her cutie mark. Her special talent is being adorable, and because she's so good at it, it manifested into a 3-dimensional object and covered up her entire body. What you see in this comic strip is the switching of cutie marks. Pitch got Fluffle's cutie mark (the fluff), and since Pitch doesn't have a cutie mark here, Fluffle didn't get a new mark
