Well. I have no set price for that kind of work, cause i don't usually offer that.
So it would be a personalized commission...
And it depends on what exactly you want.
IF its me to design the whole with only a few tips given by you.
Or draw it after a whole description with a lot of detail to put effort on.
I guess it would be around 30$ But it can go up and down a lot depending on what you want.

well, sadly i can't pay in really money (i don't have nor can access a paypal or anything like it) but i might be able to buy DA points from people on a game called Flight Rising, and maybe just a few tips but you make the Character. in all honestly I can't seem to design one but everyone else is too good at it, you being at the top on the list!

Then I recommend you look him up on Youtube. I strongly suggest you listen to the songs "Wild World" "Moon Shadow" "Don't Be Shy" and "Cat's In The Cradle" which you may have heard interpreted by other artists.
Listen to his voice, then listen to the pink fluffy unicorn song again. You'll note the similarity in the voices.
