*T gets home to Nidra's castle just now from the store*
T: I'm home! And I brought some more gems to eat.
Nidra: Hey T. *gives him a kiss on the lips*.
T: So uh. What ya doin?
Nidra: Oh, I was giving Apollo some magic lessons. I must say, his magic is getting a lot more better and stronger everyday.
T: Is that so? What about Oasis?
Nidra: Haven't seen her all day.
T: Strange. *nuzzles Nidra's belly* How about this lil guy?
Nidra: *playfully sighs* For the millionth time today, T, he's fine. The doctor says that the foal is as healthy as it can be. We don't even know if it's a colt or filly yet.
T: Well if it is a filly, it'll be beautiful as her mother.
Nidra: Or a colt as handsome as his father *strokes cheek*.
T: Handsome you say? *grins*
Nidra: *giggles* Charming handsome. Well I'm off to bed. Don't stay out too late. *smooches T on the cheek*
T: I won't. Don't worry.
Nidra: And please don't stand watch this time. You promised you would come to bed. It gets lonely. *shows puppy eyes*
T: *doesn't agree with Nidra's question* Oh fine. But you know I'm overprotective.
*Nidra gives him a smirk and closes the door behind her*

*Oasis flies up to Nidra's castle window*
T: *sees Oasis and opens window up* Oasis? What are you doing here this late and where have you been?
Oasis: Came here to get something.
T: *notices Oasis' left cheek has a scar and was bleeding* Wha- What happened to your face??
Oasis: Oh this. I kinda.. Got into a flying accident with a tree. So Identity had to help me get down. *enters through window*
T: That scar.. It-
Oasis: I know, dad. *puts bandaid on* You're still scared of blood. So just... Don't look at my face.
T: *sighs* I was trying to say that it reminded me of your Uncle Prism. He had a big ol' scar just like that. And why would I look away from that angelic face of yours?
Oasis: Yeah ... I know I have a beautiful face *giggles*
*sighs* I miss him though.. And Aunt Starburst.... *looks down sadly*
T: .......... Uh.. O..

T: Are you mad at her?
Oasis: No. Well.. Kinda. I just hate thinking about her replacing Mom.

T: She is not replacing Mom. No one can replace your mother. But I'm just glad you and Apollo are willing to accept her into the family.
Oasis: I guess so. So when are you going to sign up?
T: *confused* Sign up for what?
Oasis: You know... To be a royal guard.
T: .. I don't think so..
Oasis: Why not? You would be around Miss Nidra around the whole time 24/7.
T: I don't think I have what it takes. I don't think I can protect her enough...
Oasis: Is this because you're STILL scared of blood?
T: No!!
Oasis: Then why not?!

Oasis: Don't make excuses, Father. I know you're still scared-
T: *shouts*I'm afraid to lose her ok?!
Oasis: ........
T: *sighs* I just can't... Protect her.. Like I did with your mother once..... I should've been there but it was too late... I- I could've done something.... But now she's gone... *tears up*
Oasis: *pats back* Look. There was nothing you could've done to save her. She was old. It was her time. That doesn't mean to let that stop you from protecting Nidra and doing your dream job. But you CAN protect her and her child, if you love her that much.
T: *sighs* What would... Your mother say?
Oasis: *tears up* Well... She would've said to keep protecting the ones you love and don't let fear stop you from reaching your goals in life.
T: ... That does sound like your mother.... My Anthea...
Oasis: Dad.. Why do we have to live forever? Why do we have to outlive our mortal friends? *sniffs* You know how painful it is to see all of our friends and family gone one by one every time?
T: *hugs her* I know how you feel, but everypony has to die someday. Trust me, I even saw my own mother pass away.
Oasis: ....... *whispers* Mine too...
T: ...........
Oasis: ............
T: Come here *comforts her*
Oasis: *cries softly*
T: ... I'll.. Stop by and sign up to be a royal guard, ok *lifts her head up*
Oasis: *sniffs* Ok...
T: No more tears, O. *wipes away her tears* You just gotta be more tough and handle this ok? Because all the ponies that passed on are still here within...
Oasis: *nods head*
T: *Accidentally pulls off bloody bandage while wiping Oasis' tears* ......
Oasis: It's ok, Dad. It's just red unharmful liquid.
T: *inhales and exhales slowly* Ok... *sees blood closely for a while then puts bandage on*
Oasis: Hey. You didn't faint at all.
T: ...You're right! *looks at himself and checks himself* And I'm ok.
Oasis: *grins* Whoa. Don't be dramatic. It didn't even touch you *giggles*.
T: *sighs with relief* Now, Oasis...
Oasis: Hm?
T: Get out of my house. You got work tomorrow.
Oasis: Alright then, boss *snickers and flies through the window back to Ponyville*
T: *looks out to the window and gazes at the stars* We made a smart beautiful girl, huh Anthea? She does take after you. Just like I remembered when we first met. Night, Sweetheart....
Dawwwww!!! I kinda cried while typing this
but this was a mix of T and Oasis' fears that they would have to get over (like T being brave over blood and protecting Nidra, and Oasis trying to be tough when dealing with death of others). And I figured that since Nidra's child was half bat and dragon, she would have to sleep during the night for her babeh to sleep lol.Mlp belongs to Hasbro

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. I feel like this question is offending all my knowledge of your fandom, but if you told mind. I'd like to know how Anthea died, she's one of my favorites, and I haven't discovered anything about it yet.

My guess is just like what T said; Β it was just Anthea's time. Β She was old. Β Even she was like Granny Smith in which she's around for a long time, Β it's still finite. Β That's the difference between T, Apollo, Oasis, Β and I can assume Spike, Claire and Illusion--they are immortal, or at the least, a ridiculously long time because of being a dragon, alicorn, draconequus, or similar.
Makes me wonder what the status is for Luna, Celestia, Discord, Β Cadence, and Twilight--what are their status? Β Did they give up their immortality or they're still around?

Great story!
I think you have expressed some of the emotions that these T and Oasis would feel well.
The dialogue in the T/Nidra scene seems to flow well. Nidra's teasing is fun to read ^^.
The T/Oasis scene feels a bit dramatic.
I don't mean that they do not have strong feelings, but the way they express them feels a little off.
I don't think that T would shout at Oasis like that.
I'm also not sure he would be quite so open with his emotions - although I guess he is more open with her because she reminds him of Annie.
