The contrast between the sunny and the overcast section of the sky is stunning. The rays of sunlight shining light over the person is a lovely addition to the scene, as are the seagulls (presumably). All in all, the view depicted in the picture is rather captivating.

Nice work. Maybe some of the birds (that are a bit further away) are a bit too light/white. If they had a bit more grey, the effect might be even better.
