Delay Pain: This pokemon is forced to always go second. If this pokemon is to faint before it can give out its turn, this pokemon is able to still give its last move. If its an ability that would recover health though it will automatically fail.

Essentially this guy could make rhyhorn look like Einstein. Nice. A stegosaurus pokemon is a good idea.

As for its other ability, this would be the second time something that slowpoke originally came up with was given to another pokemon (the first would be evolution triggered by a different pokemon).
