Description Mother of a few near-grown cubs, looking at us casually with her scarred and blood-stained face (can you see the stain? ). She was on the lookout for food (lucky for us, human beings in motorized vehicles wasn't what she had in mind!) but staying near her lounging cubs.

THis is really incredible!! I can't help but wonder WHY the tiger isn't the "King of Beasts" instead. Tigers are a few hundred pounds bigger than lions, & at times more dangerous. Take for instence India; more people are killed by tigers there than people killed by lions. And, the reason I like tigers better, is they like water!

Tigers are bigger and pose more danger to humans. You did get that stuff I told you about tiger attacking people in India, right?

This is definitely my favourite of your works so far . Her facial expression is beautiful (well actually, everything about her is beautiful, she is a lion after all).

It is one of my favorites too! I love the look on her face but also all those scars and details that tell you a little bit about what she's faced...

She's so beautiful. When I look at it, the stains and scars kinda tells a story. The "imperfections" makes the foto more stunning and real.
