No! XD they're called ball jointed dolls. You can buy them online, the only crafting I did is putting the clothes together, eyes, their make-up (done by painting and various kinds) tattoos or piercings, and the hair styling, so on.
You can look at them like, base models that you shape and change around to your liking, and you dress them etc.
Also they're made of Resin if that helps
