The parliament in Budapest belongs to the most impressive buildings of the world. It is situated on the Danube as the Queen of the city.
The sight of this building is just monumental.

The building is very well thought out. Many things - such as the height of the building, the number of stairs, etc., has a meaning,
which is remarkable in itself! The Hungarian Parliament is a masterpiece of architecture of the 19th Century.. For the emergence
of 40 million bricks, as well as 500 000 blocks of stone of the builders were used. In the Parliament there are 10 courtyards, 13 lifts,
27 inputs, 29 staircases and 691 rooms.

If one knows the history of Hungary a little, one understands that the parliament was built for a bigger country than today's Hungary.
"The largest Parliament in Europe is in London, the most beautiful in Budapest!"

Das Parlament in Budapest gehört zu den eindrucksvollsten Gebäuden der Welt. Es thront an der Donau wie die Königin der Stadt.
Der Anblick dieses Gebäudes ist einfach nur monumental.

Das Gebäude wirkt sehr durchdacht. Vieles, wie die Höhe des Gebäudes, die Anzahl der Treppen etc. hat eine Bedeutung,
was für sich allein schon bemerkenswert ist! Das ungarische Parlament ist ein Meisterwerk der Architektur des 19. Jahrhunderts.
Für die Entstehung wurden 40 Mio. Ziegel sowie 500 000 Steinblöcke von den Baumeistern verbaut. Im Parlament befinden
sich 10 Innenhöfe, 13 Fahrstühle, 27 Eingänge, 29 Treppenhäuser und 691 Räume.

Kennt man die Geschichte Ungarns ein wenig, versteht man, dass das Parlament für ein größeres Land als das heutige Ungarn gebaut wurde.
