For 2x4 tech it's was the splanker, since it made Count Spankalot proud and had the KND took away his powers and adapted it into specialized splanker operatives, it would had been a game changer.
Vehicle wise were those school buses that the KND employed to protect the school presdent.
As for my favorote villian tech it was my favotire (due to the kind optental this weapon could haave had and it only appering four times (three in the show one cameo (INTERVIEWS) one minor apperance (TREATY) and one major apperance (ARCHIVE) as well as a comic book titled OP IMPROVE
