What I do is not a "clear effect" it's a "cut effect". Peridot's gem is smooth. It has no cut, thus no "cut effect". If you were attempting to make me feel dumb by asking me that question then you failed. I have a reason for the things that I do.Β

Well sorry, Pearls are not clear Gems so when I saw no "Cut Effect" so I thought you were making transparent Gems clear and non-transparent Gems not clear. After all You didn't make Jasper's Gem transparent and it has cuts. Peridots are Transparent. And calm down....What do you assume everyone is going after you? Why would I do that?Β

Certain gem cuts and shapes have that sparkly cut effect you see in my work. Jasper's gem has only 4 cuts, it wouldn't have the sparkly cut effect. Though that doesn't matter because jaspers are opaque anyway. So, where's your proof? In the actual show, all the gems look opaque anyway and not transparent because it's a cartoon. I only color the gems in my work by assumption. So whether the actual real life gem counterparts are transparent or not doesn't matter because in the end I do what I want. Instead of you realizing that you had to go and question how I do things as if you're an expert on gems and that's why I assumed you were trying to insult me. Β

That's not the proof I was asking for. I'm asking for proof in the actual show. Where is your proof in the actual show that Peridot's gem is transparent or any of the gems for that matter? As I said, all the gems in the show look opaque so if the show transferred to real life, who's to say it would be transparent or not. I can take constructive criticism, it's not like you said the picture was bad and even if you did say my picture is bad, I wouldn't be angry about that, that's your opinion and I respect that.
It's just that you came across as some wanna be expert or "smartass" and that's what made me angry.

I like her design. She seems to be the Analytical Β type. Always making observations and doing status checks but she also sees to have a rather dark and merciless side (if you look at her first appearence) and yet she's kinda mysterious. Β Is she some 2nd in command of a much greater power? or is she Acting on her own accord? Well hopefully Β We'll learn more.
