Howl from Dianna Wynne Jones's book 'Howl's Moving Castle!' Based on the book and not Miyazaki's anime, which I love nearly as much. I originally posted this in a Howl community in my LiveJournal (which is _tehriah, if you're actually interested) and received a lot of postitive feedback. This would go to his blue-and-silver suit, so as much as I wanted to draw him with black hair, I simply couldn't, since he didn't yet have it at this stage in the book. *sigh*

The suit I designed is more like a robe, with dark trousers and a dark dress shirt underneath. The collared thing with blue is his vest, which is tied with little...X-things, on his side. He also wears (according to me) these black arm things that stop on the palm of his hand, but continue over the top until the ring on his middle finger, which you can't see here. I know, I pouted too. His cuff starts just below the where I stopped drawing, and his trailing blue sleeve *snicker* starts right after that. This comes from a massive shot of Howl lounging on a chair, the likes of which I may never completely finish in this lifetime. -_- I gave him a bit of an arrogant smirk, but I like it that way. *grins diabolically* It's signed because it originally went up in my LJ, so just ignore that.

Um, a tablet in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0.
