Lovely piece !
I like the right side with the ribbon and butterflies, but I would improve her face. That gaussian blur makes it messy and the black design around the left eye isn't necessary. If I were you I would put the layer with the gaussian blur over the original untouched layer of her face/body on a suitable blending mode like Soft light or Lighten and play with Color Balance and then at the end I would Sharpen it.
Beside this thing you did a wonderful job.
