This is a school project, so please ignore the lame text/font thing going here XD We had to create a wanted poster for our own rendition of the Jersey Devil, and my teacher is awesome enough that she let us do it digitally
Not many people outside Jersey know what it is, but the Jersey devil is basically our little version bigfoot ....from the pine barrens. Theres different versions of the legend and different descritions of it blah blah blah go wiki it or something.
I doubt something like this would live in the pine barrens XD I dotn draw dragons a lot so it might be kinda wonky but there ya go O: Full version of the dragon is here: [link]

I heard of the Jersey devil. That creature has a lot of different, weird description, like the one with the horse like head. I think you concept of its image is very cool. There are quite a few states that have some strange creature myths, like the mothman of Point Pleasant, West Virginia. A lot of these creatures can be fun to draw.

Well I love the anatomy here... the texture you added with the highlights... and your sexy shading, specially on chest and arms ;_; it's great how you can make muscles stand out just shading. If I was your teacher I'd make you fail just out of jealousy D:<
