Silly little comic about an RP/letter thing I’m doing with FR user NotHarvard. Light Flight does this student exchange program and I sent my self-righteous little asshole off to another clan for three days to be humbled a little. The experience doesn't seem to have affected her much, though.Here are the contents of the letter that was sent home:
So, this is the end of my first day here. Well, half day.
I suppose you all want to hear that I'm having an absolutely wonderful time here, you were right as always glorious clan leaders. They have managed to miraculously change me of my ways, I am now the perfect model dragon and definitely don't think that I could do a far better job of running the clan than you.
Well, you're not going to get that.
The host clan is nice enough, I suppose, though I haven't met everyone yet. The clan leader Simcha picked me up from the crossroads. On the flight home she told me a little about her clan, which didn't take very long, because it is absolutely tiny.
She mentioned that she'd heard I was devoted to the Lightweaver, and that they had a dragon of exceptional devotion, and that maybe we'd get on.
Well, fat chance of that. Their 'devoted' dragon is a wind-born mirror - how can you be one of the Lightweaver's chosen with those bright green eyes? And her colour combination is SO unfortunate.
Did I mention how small the clan is? As I was arriving with Simcha another green mirror showed up carrying an imperial hatchling, and that new adoption brings the clan up to a wooping 11 dragons, including the one I swapped for. I guess it'll be useful to see how such a tiny clan functions. Maybe I could just leave and make my own, did you ever think about that?

Hhhhh yes I really need to. Is there a thread I can look for specifically where people ask for roleplays?
Do they typically do it through inbox, or are there other methods?

There are lots of different ways. Sometimes there are open threads for people to just jump in, or people put on their clan profile that they are open to RP and you can just PM them a starter whenever you like! When the RP is going on, a lot of people like to open threads in the roleplay forums to keep track of everything, but others keep it in private messages or email or sometimes even skype. There aren't any set rules about it; just do whatever's comfortable.
