Started the day here with a quick pencil sketch of a 1967 Mustang Fastback then worked the shapes & tones with Gouache in an airbrush followed but hand painted details & highlights.Im starting to work on some graphic novel ideas I have and used this as an experiment for getting the feel & look I want for the future artwork.
Working time: About 3 Hours
Materials: #2 Pencil, Prismacolor Erasable Brown, Gouache: Burnt Sienna, Sepia, Permanent White on 11"x17" Paper

There's a handful of colors that would be era correct, like Metallic Blue, Solid Red, Navy Blue, or even a Forest Green

I bet you could Google search the car and see a bunch of colors in full size- that might be the best way to go really
