I love how 'fleshy' and 'rotted' everything looks, even the trees and grass. I really have a lot of questions about the subject the longer I look at it - was it formerly the figure it is coming out of, or is it just absorbing its essence? Does it kill others to get 'material' to use when it shifts? And what is the little orb hanging from its face? It really draws a lot of attention with its brightness and dissonant colors, but I can't really make sense of it. Really amazing piece!
