She sure was enjoying the sun. I read that butterflies spread their wings in the sun to accumulate warmth and energy that's why the easiest time to take photos of them is early morning when they're still sleepy and slow....well so am I so I try my luck later in the day

She is amazing. You really got some fantastic shots of her my friend. Those eyes are hypnotic! All of her details are captured. I can just see you out stalking through the fields after her

I love butteflies eyes,they have lots of spots but you can tell wich one is looking at you!
I've been going around a lot this year purely for bug/flower hunting,and this field me and my boyfriend discovered it's been really a good source,first there was no grass and it was full of tiny grasshoppers,now the grass is really tall and I found this butterfly,last time I went.....lots of dragonflies wich was amazing since we don't get many,infact I had only seen one
