Officer Emma Vogel had gone out to investigate in a certain area, where reports had been made of extant sightings and night robberies by an alleged ninja.
The curious thing about this person was his mode to expose the intimacy of his victims after snatching his bags or wallets, using a katana to commit such misdeeds and thus give himself time to flee.
Thus generating a long list of affected people, denouncing the shameful situation they often lived, with the fear of being left without their valuables in underwear.
Officer Vogel would carry on her shoulders the responsibility of finding the criminal, but she was no exception and would suffer like the rest the same fate under the blade of the kunoichi Rebecca Yoshida.
Will they ever meet again?
Will Officer Vogel regain her dignity after her unfortunate encounter with Rebecca?
