Primal Sarah is a second spirit living inside the body of Sarah the Pikachu. Primal Sarah came into existence when Sarah, human at the time, was forced into electrical discharge that would destroy her spirit. While trapped in the discharge, Sarah saw Grovyle getting tortured and the fact that she couldn't help him caused her to feel anger and rage. These two emotions mixed with the discharge and caused it to backfire; instead of her spirit being destroyed the overcharging of the spiritual flux in the area caused a second one to form and bind itself to her. Given Sarah's emotions at the time of the binding were anger and hatred, this spirit was given a malevolent consciousness (hence the self-appointed title 'Entity of Hatred'). In present day, whenever Sarah is enraged enough Primal Sarah can take control of her body; the angrier Sarah is the more control Primal Sarah has over her body and mind. If Sarah is mad enough Primal Sarah is fully in control of her, if not in full control of Sarah both she and Sarah can talk (Sarah's voice is distorted in this case). Primal Sarah is a merciless killer and finds enjoyment in the action. Primal Sarah will die if Sarah dies and vice-versa due to the fact they are spiritually connected, however, the said connection is broken if she breaks free of her vessel's body. She may be a spirit when inside Sarah and, in turn, a being that the said Pikachu must walk a fine line to control; but if she were to escape, then there would be no way to stop her from doing whatever she pleases.

Trivia:
Though they are connected, Sarah's wounds do not carry over to P. Sarah and vice-versa
She finds sadistic enjoyment in playing Sarah's emotions; not only to simply torment the Pikachu, but to give her a possible chance to gain more control or even escape.
Originally, P. Sarah's design was just Sarah with red eyes (this was before her DA appearance)
When Sarah was human and P. Sarah took over, her eyes simply turned red.
P. Sarah was also originally not a spirit but just a name given to Sarah whenever she became aggressive and violent due to the same triggering factor of emotions like anger, hate, etc. This changed after I expanded on her and Sarah's backstories.
Even though many assume otherwise, P. Sarah doesn't eat those she kills or injures. As a spirit, she does not need to eat but despite this, she still enjoys the taste of blood.
Unlike Fara , due to the circumstances behind how she came to be, she is bound to a vessel and therefore not an ascended spirit
