Description
After recently opening up a poll saying that requests would be open, of the replies I got these were the lucky five I decided to pick.They are as follows:
1. 's character Vidma (she let me pick from any of her oc's and Vidma's design is just amazing ;A;)
2. 's Mascot
3. wanted Petey Piranha & DJ Pon3/Vinyl Scratch doing something, and this was the best that I could get out of that.
4. 's character Jwir the bat
5. 's characters Da Man & Vic
Also, a new thing I decided to do is start recording speed drawings- meaning that with any picture I do from now on (including this one if you'll look to the link below) I'll record and speed up the process start to finish how I go from sketch to shade.
I'ts something I've always wanted to do since I've thought about livestreaming- but people would go insane if they had to sit through the amount of times I go off idling to eat something or watch a video in the middle of drawing. That is seriously so ultimately perfect. Their stances are amazing, the colouring is great... :'D She looks likes she's REALLY struggling, something which I find is hard to draw.

It's definitely a tricky pose, but not impossible once you get the hang of it.
(And I knoooow, the design of the character was such a fun one that I really wanted to try her out.

Jwir looks so cute up there, looks like he's trying to figure out what the other characters are doing ;D
and I especially love your shading technique *3* it's very quick and effective
Also love the video, sat through the entire 14 mins and enjoyed every bit of it ^u^

For the most part I ended up picking all the ones that were only one or two characters, and not some elaborate scene of sorts. Plus I remember you wanting to do an art trade with me some time back and since I've just been feeling in a pretty artsy mood I figured I'd give him a try.~
And thank you so much, of all the styles and techniques I've used to color this one by far is my favorite. <3 And I'm glad you liked the video too- I've actually found myself watching it now just cause it's interesting to see 10 hours of work all shrunk down to 15 minutes. xDDD
And yes, I use CS5- I've only been using it for the past year or so and digital art in general for the past 2 years, so trust me you're not alone. It took me a looooong time before I gave any digital art a shot. :,)

I usually listen to piano, it calms me down and I don't start thinking of all the rest of work I have to do before the drawing is finished ;o;
I hope I can find the courage to use it again, last time I used PS, I was trying to make an icon

I used to be all traditional- but as I got accustomed to the digital I found it much more of an enjoyable medium and so I intend to use it most all the time (except for when I have art assignments in college requiring other mediums >XDDD), though in the exact same case- when I go from looking at digital art to traditional work there's some things people do that I can't even imagine creating.
And it was Irish, though from a Canadian band.~ I heard the particular song at the end from the group when they were at the Canadian pavilion at Epcot in Disney World, and I fell in love with it as soon as I heard it. :,D I've grown pretty fond of keltic music of that sort lately.~ For the most part all the music I listen to is instrumental/video game instrumental- with a sprinkling of lyrical songs here n' there. I don't actually listen to any music when drawing though. >XDDD I always have videos going in the background like I'm listening to a comedic radio show or something.
And indeed practice does make for perfect, it's only been two years I've done digital stuff and so far it's grown far superior than every previous year. :D
