Man, really? Even though I love Yaoi, I don't hate any of the characters. To even she her to die is just messed up. What did she even do? Not to mention Himaruya never thinks of drawing Yaoi. If you want your yaoi, Just create your own fic without Seychelles in it! Done!

At first, I only hated her because she was really similar to a Filipino, which kinda pissed me off since I really wanted to see my country in the anime. But, I never hated her on the shipping ruining and such, just how she isn't a Filipino. But after a few weeks I realized, after I heard her song, I could just pretend she wasΒ a Filipino, because, well, it felt wrong to hate a character who looked like someone in our country, especially when the country she represents is an amazingΒ country. I've been in the place of 'hating a character' and 'liking a character and imagine the character is me'. So I understand how it feels, first of all.
I don't like Seychelles because of her personality, and some of the other fangirls who dislike her is jealous because she got paired with almost everyone. And yes, they are aware that Seychelles supposed to be them, but how will they think that Seychelles is them when the community in the fandom pushed them to like Seychelles or else they will be called a weaboo? They don't like it.
Those 'haters' can be called as a weaboo too for insulting a FICTIONAL character, but I don't blame them since it is based on rage and hatred they insult her. I mean they hate her for :
A) Being 'pushed' and 'forced' by the community of a fandom to like a character OR they will be called a weaboo and stupid and the list goes on
B) (I'm sorry) Seychelles has a lack of personality, she is way too naive and innocent for a country. For God sake, a country wouldn't be that naive. And she can't do anything, she said it herself, but she still got paired with other gay male victim characters for it, what about the other girl country characters?
BUT, I would call those who like Seychelles a weaboo too. 'protect-seychelles'? 'anyone who hates Seychelles are weaboos and dumb yaoi fangirls'? For GOD SAKE! She is just a fictional character, and yes I am offended for getting called a weaboo for not liking a FICTIONAL character that happens to be their favorite because they imagine Seychelles is them!
