What you mean with menubar? The clock? well if is the clock, i do it with Menucalendar clock [link] a great app for customize the clock info.
The spotlight icon is included in the menubar link in the description, the itunes controller its bytesize controller [link]
And the little cloud icon is the icon of tinigrab app
