I was looking for a drawing to post a comment on, and I picked this one. So, here we go....

Dear Cas,
You are, without a doubt, an amazing person. I'm very careful about who I let into my life, I don't trust easily, I really don't. I've been stabbed in the back and kicked while I'm down and man its left me damaged. But I feel like, you're in the same position. I feel like our paths crossed for a good reason, not a bad lesson like most people who have come and gone from my life. I think you're in my life to teach me how to trust again. I think I'm here to show you that someone out there, even if I'm far away, is out there, cheering you on, supporting you, and being proud of you at all times and would do juuuuuuuuust about anything to make you smile, or make you feel better, or make you feel valid and wanted. I've met a lot of people in my life time, but you? Man, you just busted down my walls and it feels like I've known you forever. When I saw that picture you sent of yourself to me, you looked extremely familiar. It was weird, my heart just kinda went "Yep, I know you." and its never done that before, not entirely, not completely, not all at once, like with you. Idk, I don't really know what I'm getting at, I just know I wish I let you in sooner, you've been so supporting of me and my art for so long. I wish I had moved forward and tried to get you into my life sooner. I think we both could've used someone like eachother much sooner than now. But. I'm glad we are where we are right now. Cause you're my special person who I feel comfortable with and who I have JUST ABOUT EVERY DAMN THING IN COMMON WITH.

So anyways
I think a lot to. But listen, okay?
Whenever you feel alone, whenever you feel unwanted, whenever you feel like giving up, look to me. Because I will be here to help you and help you, me, us, grow and become stronger and better people than we already are. I'm here for you, stay gold PonyBoy.
