That's not creepy at all
Seriously this is a wonderful piece that really shows how a phobia can get inside your head (pun intended).
The artwork is fantastic and the only slight change I could suggest would be to have the largest spider only partially visible as if climbing up the inside of her face or if you want to go the whole hog, crawling out of her eye socket. /shudder
