sphinx zord

from my fan made legends of Omega Power Rangers concept.

all 5 omega zords are based on mythical creatures

red = sphinx
white = pegasus
blue = unicorn
yellow = gryphon
green = dragon

there would also be the secret gold ranger who would pilot the pheonix zord.

the idea for the zords would be versitility. unlike previous zord teams where a zord formed a specific part of the megazord, occasionally you could switch an arm or add extra parts as armour, but mostly zords only have one or two roles in the megazord.

my idea with the omega mega zord, was that each zord could be the main body, or an arm, or a leg, and when the sixth zord is added, each zord could also be added as wings.

the design for each is going to be fairly similar, with a chunky upper body that can form the chest of the combined robot (the head hidden inside) the fore-limbs form the shoulders and the hind limbs the groin. then when they switch to an arm, the hind quarters latch on to the shoulder and the chunky upper body forms the forearm and hand.

similar for each leg, the hind quarters attach at the hip and the upper body forms a foot.
