No thank you! I'll still give Eclipse a chance as long as they make the proper changes, which I know they still are.
In the time of me making this I disliked it more than I do now. Its still not the best, but its better than what it was-

Well, that's your opinion, but you have to know, deviantart was bought by another company which want to change the design with their ideas which look like another similar side, I forgot the name, but why do we need two of such art websites?

I know it's been bought by another company which is Wix.com. It was bought in 2017 and when it was Wix already had plans on changing DeviantArt. The site you're thinking of is ArtStation, which I do agree it looks similar but I don't know how ArtStation functions exactly so I can't say more than that. The only thing I do know of ArtStation is that it's meant more for portilio art and can it even help someone find jobs or help with networking. But even if DeviantArt looks similar to ArtStation, it still has the same DeviantArt featrues just.. In a new format and design, but who knows what else might be updated later on. If we are only going to have eclipse later on down the road, I do believe it's best to give our opinions on it and why, so they can make the proper changes to it. 

If you want a site that's going to be different, but still similar to DeviantArt I would suggest going to check out Artri.se. It's still a website in development though, but they post updates in their Discord.

I hope that eclipse will get improvements. And I mean good improvements. Because many people threat to leave deviantart if eclipse keeps like it is now. But if not, I'm afraid that a big shit storm will come.

I already heard about it, but thanks for your hint. Just in case if deviantart keeps ugly like it looks now, I will think about to go to it.

I just wanted to let you know my thoughts on eclipse is a bit out dated now since they have made a few updates! Its not as bad since I recently checked it out but it could still use improvements-
Bakk2Square1 made a better journal reviewing he more updated eclipse and I would suggest giving it a look!

ahhh i guess i'll check it out too then :') i'm not particularly fond of this website changing its' looks, because the old one is customisable, more convenient to use and, most importanty, it's green ;0; i love the green, it's DA's trademark color as a website, (i looked how eclipse looks from a different browser) so i'm really gonna miss it

Well from what I know the beta of Eclipse had no customisable options at the time! I think they're working towards it but it won't be HTML format, which honestly... I never used cause I was too lazy to do it- And now I kind of wish I did because I'd have more of an option on how the orginal DA customization works, but now.. I just don't want to do it because it'll be changed either way in the end. I do know there was some fabulous ways to customize the page though, mostly from what I've seen through galleries and what people have posted on DA so other's can use!

BUT... I also love the green for DA- The thing is I really like the midtone as well for the site. For eclipse we either have black or white, which is so opposite from each other- But I will say them making the images smaller has really helped already- Before hand the images looked so clunky that it looked really horrible to me. I'll probably will use eclipse some other time just give more of an updated opinion about it and just play around with it more.

Ever since our conversaton i got to test eclipse, and i made a review as a conclusion as well , so X'D I really hope staff will take into account what the community has to say about the update :/

I do know it has had some updates recently, but I haven't checked them out yet- Mostly because I keep forgetting it exists

Honestly I wouldnt mind the change for DeviantArt if.. It looked nicer and just had a better layout-
