My good friend Brandy Dixon originally came up with the idea for a series of prints inspired by the Marvel "What If?" comics. The first one out of the gate was Starscream. We also have one with Optimus Prime and another one with Megatron planned at some point in time. Actors often state that they love playing bad guys. Well, that goes for comic artists too, at least as far as I am concerned. Starscream, like Megatron, is tremendous fun to draw, because you get to channel some of that villainous, crazy energy into your lines. It's also a lot more challenging, technically, to get these characters 'act' evil in comparison to drawing, say, a relativelt plain charater such as Windcharger.
