So this idea popped op in my head while surfing in the TTTE wikiai readed the Trivia section of Lady and to my surprise i readed this text:
When ERTL was making Lady, their prototype model was Rheneas' model repainted in Lady's livery. However, it was decided that the release model of Lady should look exactly like her.
and i saw the picture:

and i made a sprite of her with some extra detail and a cab door

This honestly looks like an oversized version of Rheneas' TV Series model than a more realistic version of Lady, even if that was what you were going for.
