Edit: Well people were saying the shading on the batsuit was a little off..it should of been darker. I've tweeked it just slightly and added some light blocked raise shinning through his cape..hope that fixes it.
Well here's another color for the master of lineart. he doesn't know i'm doing this so i thought i'd suprise him
hope you like it..the background was all made in photoshop and even though it's not the greatest i think it kind of ads to the mood...thought i'd stick with some batman begins colors

no i think you are right, even theNass said the suit might be too light so i may go back and tweek it a bit..not much though, just enough to come into the right lighting. Actually that was suppossed to be the moon originally lol, i had bluish hues in the background and then said fuck it i like batman begins color pallette so i threw in a sepia tone layer filter and BAM this is what i got

The lighting isnt too light. There is AL OT of water near him and the sun is pretty high up, that would flush out A LOT of tones on the under side.

well i don't know..see it's suppossed to be the moon but i guess it could work as a sun...but there's not underlighting coming in from in front of him, the water is a lake behind him so i don't know if the glare from that would reach him....i'm gonna work something up and see what people think not too much of a tweek but just a little.

Ahh, i thought it was like a mid day afternoon, bt you put in that gritty look of exaust and such, and the normal fog stuff over the water to make it look like a cold and gritty city, ya know?
If its a moon then the lighting wouldnt be so orange.

Yeah, but it does come out at night nime around 12-2. I thought it cool as a day time run, but if its the moon the light would be more white and not so rusty looking.

Maybe. I always thought he was some rich busniness man that had importan business to attend to. But maybe he is just rich and nothing else, and now and then when people start asking where bruce went and sightings of the bat shoot up, he holds a charity to pay off all the suspecting people, hahaha!

haha thanks...yes now that i have taken a second look and heard a few others mention the problem i think i will retweek the batsuit's dark areas and maybe even add a light blockage through the cape

This is most impressive, it really captures the gritty aspect of Gotham City. Seems =Fooray 's linework and your composition and colors make for amazing combinations. Great work!

lol thanks man i really appreciate the great comment. Well FOORAY drew the batman and then ijust added the color and the background, i think it only took like an hour to do bats, and like 4 to do the bg lol. i'll see if he wouldn't mind makeing some more
