I loved the episodes (at least kinda) explaining how the crowns effects take hold of different people. That it took longer for Simon to become affected, either was because of the emotions, circumstances, willpower, and age. They were fascinating episode!
You did a wonderful job capturing the personalities and the character designs themselves~ I love what you did with the background!

Well, that was a world where the lich didn't exist, so that didn't really happen! (Luckily) But now we know that the lich stopped Simon from saving the world, and that everyone came from a human!!!

The former and the new king. Nice piece, though its obvious that Simon was able to handle the insanity better and it took a lot longer for it to completely overwhelm him as Marceline is proof of that. While Finn went bat shit crazy, only able to pull himself back temporarily when he saw the people he cared about in danger because of his actions.

Yes, the episode was good insight on the effects of the crown on the wearer, though I think it either hit's Finn harder because he's only 13 or maybe the first time it's put on is just the worst.
I'd love for more flashbacks in the show on this subject.
Either way, it was fascinating, traumatizing, and heartbreaking to watch Finn go batshit.
