Well this was rough. This took way longer than expected._. Chibiusa is one of my favs from sailor moon (aside from Neptune) and I finally FINISHED something dedicated to her
I had a lot of fun with different brushes throughout this piece and I really like how it turned out.. wait a few months ill probably hate it
Also those anime eyes were weird to do, I had to fight the urge to change them. I thought it was fitting tho because A. she is an anime character.Tools:
