Here is a MLP filly base. It is free to use for a reference or adoptables. However if you are going to use it you need to either post here linking to the image or credit me.

This is a PSD file so coloring it in MS paint won't look good. It's better if you open it up on SAI or photoshop. It comes with a horn, wings, freckles and eyelashes.
