The latest from my paintings of still life images take at the Powder River Historical Museum.

This is a desk that was the post office for Biddle, Mt. On it is an oil lamp, a camera a pair of binoculars and a photo album. The album is featuring a picture of the sod house that was the post office. In the picture is the desk and an oil lamp. I would like to think that the camera was the camera used to take the picture, but as a polaroid brand it is highly unlikely the picture source.

Because this is a painting of a photo of picture of items also in the photo, I think the title inception is somewhat appropriate.
