HOLY CATS EDIT- Hi everybody! Thank you for taking the time to read my silly comic! I can't tell you how excited I am to read all your comments and I really appreciate you taking the time to visit my little DA corner of the internet!
I feel I need to point out that Dark of the Moon WAS waaaaaay better than Revenge of the Fallen, and this comic is really a reaction to my frustrations with the series as a whole. That said, I do look forward to the eventual reboot, and hope it has a little more heart and a lot less Michael Bay!

It's movie night in Ponyville. Doctor Whoof, Derpy, Pinkie, and Applejack decide to take in the latest summer blockbuster. Tragedy ensues.
The moral of this story? Friends don't let Time Ponies go see Transformers 3. EVER.
Seriously, Michael Bay makes me cry. He is a very, very bad man and I pray to Vector Sigma, Optimus Prime, and the Holy Matrix that Hasbro never allows him within 20 parsecs of a Transformers film ever again.

Your style of art perfectly mimics the look of the show. Your characterization, both visually and through dialogue completely define the characters and those that are considered canon remain true. Well done.

Oh my gosh! Thank you so much! I have ever so-slowly been trying to introduce a bit of my own style into my pony stuff. The way Doctor Whoof is sitting is a small example of that. Not really show accurate, but I think it gives the character a bit more personality.

Personally, I tend to like many reboots. Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Dawn of the Dead, Christopher Nolan's Batman, many movies take a beloved property and add a modern, exciting spin on the formula. Of course I can name many more remakes that are terrible.

In my opinion, it can become a bit too much to make everything pony-related. Some stuff needs to just remain amusing on its own merit, and the dichotomy makes it more interesting.

I disagree, considering the Doctor is a pony, why wouldn't The Silence be a pony? Well, you could argue that because they aren't a normal life form (their lifesigns aren't picked up by scanners) they could be immune to whatever made The Doctor a pony. But you didn't, so HA!
