Als die Kleine am Weihnachtsmorgen ins Zimmer schlich um das Wunder der Weihnachtskugel zu entdecken - sie zog den Stuhl heran, und muΓte sich auf den Zehenspitzen strecken - sah sie, was wir alle zu sehen glauben, sich selbst als Mittelpunkt der dahinrasenden Zeit umkreist von ihrem ganzen Universum.
Wir aber, die hinter ihr hergeschlichen waren und uns hinter dem TΓΌrspalt zu verbergen suchten, beobachteten ihr forsches Auftreten, bewunderten ihren Mut und sahen doch nur eins: ihre Zerbrechlichkeit.

Wonderfull piece!
The shadow on the ground loox ok to me; however, sience the light source seems to be in the back ground in front of us, I think there should be some shadow of her legs and back of the chair ON the chaitr itself.
Other than that nice piece man, great color management, stunning contrast and very clever composition!

There are two things that bug me a little bit:
1- The girl is standing way too far back on that chair, it seems. Her feet are practically at the very end of the seat. The angle that the actual seat is at is facing slightly to the viewer, so then her feet wouldn't appear to be so far back.
2- The shadow the chair is casting looks a little odd. There seems to be this big black area where the shadow of the chair ends, so it's a little confusing.
